Match #50 Da Swedish Mob (SWE MOB) vs Icons Of Pain (IOP): 371 - 263 (SQL)

We were heavily outpinged, picture shows an average for them of 67 when our was 127.....hmm not very nice :(
The match started with DM6, our goal was obviously to gain control of the RA-RL area as quickly as possible, but they did some really heavy attacks so it took a while before we could establish any form of control there (I don't remember if we had total control there before the last minutes of the match). So it was a pretty close one...we were outpinged and they made some really good resistance also. On DM4 the server fucked up... :( noone could move... we couldn't play...had to fix another server. They suggested that we should play on their server where they could play LAN, but we thought it would be a very bad idea, so we managed to get a server running where we had almost equal ping..our average 66 their 57. It was a rather hysterical match where everybody was running around, fragging each other.... We finally won (read more here) and had only one match left in SQL - the final against BLI....

Match #49 Da Swedish Mob (SWE MOB) vs The Green Machine (TGM): 207 - 190

 This match wasn't really planned, we had our two SQL-matches coming up.Our ping sucked royal dick! Our average was 120, theirs 46 !!! On E1M3 we played a rather tactical game.On DM2 they fragged us all over the place, pumping quad-rockets everywhere, but our margin we had made on E1M3 saved us. We finally got our revenge for our loss in the Gathering final against these very good danes.

Match #48 Da Swedish Mob (SWE MOB) vs The Ion Demons (TID): 338 - 43 (SQL)

This was our third attempt to play TID in the SQL, this time they stayed for the whole match, much thanx to Daniel who managed to get his teammates to stay on this time. Not much to say about the game, we ruled as ussual ;-)

Match #47 Da Swedish Mob (SWE MOB) vs the Teddy Bears (TB): 319 - 277

Our fourth match against TB and another victory for our modemteam (the second over the TBs modem) and a we got our revenge for our LPBs loss i SQL sometime ago.First half was divided for some reason. Both half was pretty even but we managed to win both.

Match #46 Da Swedish Mob (SWE MOB) vs Fatal Unity (FUN): 328 - 155

The rematch against FUN. On the first map HonK and especially oKKun managed to find a way of getting some rather nasty scores. We expected FuN to choose DM6 but I think the fact that we played a draw and they won DM2 against BD the very same day made them think: Hey, let's pick DM2 and we'll kick their butts....Well, as we all know, they were wrong. Da Mob opened up in a much more organized way than in a long time and played it that way through the whole match almost.

Match #45 Da Swedish Mob (SWE MOB) vs Brutal Deluxe (BD): 238 - 161

A new good LPB clan that chocked us when they got a draw 108-108 on the first map (they led for the most of that half). But on the second half da Mob showed their excellens and stopped BD from getting any closer.

Match #44 Da Swedish Mob (SWE MOB) vs Clan McCloud (CMC): 222 - 283

Our long awaited match against the famous CMC. We know that CMC hated camping, so we thought that we were gone be nice to them and not camp at all and choose a anti camper map like DM4. But guess that they suprised us bigtime and camped like no other clan before have done (to us). They really used this camping tactics to its extreme and benefitted a lot when they all played in the same room and warned each others everytime we got a hold of the RL and capture back the same RL position just seconds after we got there. They showed that they can play this tactic well, so next time ... no more mister nice guy...watch out we are gona get you soon ;-)
This was the first match for our new LPB player HonK who showed his talent from the start.

Match #43 Da Swedish Mob (SWE MOB) vs The Crusaders [+]: 261 - 265

Our third match against the crusaders, this time they chosed a map that almost nobody has played on before (except themselfs) so we trained some on this map. Unfurtunatally it was to little, and after the first 10 minutes of struggle, crusaders got total control over this map and we lost a lot of frags on this map. Second map was an uphill struggle to get back all frags we lost on the first one. After a slow start, da Mob started to frag a lot and gain most of crusaders advantage, but not all and the crusaders won with 4 measly frags. We have added 33 frags on our score and 39 frags on crusaders score due to disconnects in the second half.

Match #42 Da Swedish Mob (SWE MOB) vs Swedish Chefs (SC): 336 -191

The Chefs got their modem rematch that they wanted. Once again we teached the chefs how a fragmeal should be cooked. This was a premiere match on our new clan server and it worked good. Notice that SC almost beat UYB a couple of days before, but this time they where not so close as they had hoped.

Match #41 Da Swedish Mob (SWE MOB) vs Combat Plebs (CP): 552 - 205

Our first match against a CTF Clan, but this was a regular dmgame. They fought good and got a lot of frags on our choice dm3 in the first half. Then we got a realy good start on the second half, but unfortunatelly someone accidently exit the map after only 10 minutes so we had to restart and play the last 20 minutes again on that map and this time they fragged us better then the first time. There will be a CTF rematch in the future and we really have to practice some CTF now, becuase these guys will be much better in CTF and we are not so good in CTF (yet!). This match was the debute for our new modemplayer Da.Eagle who did a great job of fragging our opponents all over the maps.
