In the link above now are available all the missing info in portuguese from the latest release of the rulebook by Ego, Jjonez and other pros. Rules v1.01 to be more specific. The registrations are a little bit slow, but the quality of teams registered for good is ahead of the need from quantity, this I learned by my own.

There are some things that must be anticipated and will be very interesting. For who doesn't know, the Brazilian Quake is going through happenings of the largest impact from about 2 months. The defending NQA champions, Lords of War, lost the two best players in the country in a matter of weeks, letting the most feared team around here with tons of problems. In the other way, each one of these players, Simps and Carlos, took different directions. Simps went to the already powerful Rage Clan and Carlos to the mighty Terminators, meet this with the highflying Animaniacs and we are setting the best of a pandemoniums here. Good. It couldn't be better.
