Do not even think about asking me to admin a game until both teams can agree upon a server to play at. Tonight I spent an hour trying to get two teams to agree on a server and it ended up being a big waste of everyone's time. If after 1 week of negotiating the 2 teams cannot agree on a server, both teams should schedule a match time and a list of 3 servers they wouldn't mind playing on. We will then take both teams to test all the servers on the list and we will play on the server with the closest average ping for the team. That means if you think you can get closest average pings by playing in Moscow or Australia, by all means put those servers on your list of 3.
