Today signups for Challenge Smackdown 2 start. The Challenge Smackdown league is a worldwide online QuakeWorld team deathmatch competition.
This is the follow up to the successful 1st season, where Flaming Fist won the north european division. If your team wants to sign up for the North European division of Smackdown 2, we need the following information:
- name of the clan
- members
- homepage URL (showing updated member list)
- email adress and irc channel
- vote for two additional maps
Make sure you read, understand and accept the rules before you sign up.
Smackdown 2 will have five official maps: DM2, DM3, E1M2 and two more which will be decided by a vote of the participating teams. The limited list from which these maps can be selected is: E2M2, E2M3, E3M3, E3M6, E3M7, DM6. Votes for maps not in this list will be ignored.
The north european division will have 4 groups of 6-8 clans each depending on how many teams wish to participate. If there are a lot more teams than spaces qualifiers might be required (info on that will be posted after signups are closed).
Clans can sign up until January 15, 2001.
After checking out the rules, please send your info to Apollyon.
Update: Some people claim that the above adress does not always work, in this case try that one.
