CQ-Swat just informed me that they're running an important QW LAN for Russia, with almost every well known clan attending. It surely will be an interesting event and we also hope for some cool demos. Here's what Swat told me about it:

-----------------------------------------
QW Lan-party 2

Place: Moscow (Russia), Internet-Cafe "CyberQuest"
Computers: Athlon-650Mhz & PIII-733MHz (LAN-100Mbit)
System: Double Elemination
Clans:
1) AMD (America Must Die) - Moscow
2) ADT (Armageddon Deeptown Team) - Moscow
3) CQ (CyberQuest) - Moscow
4) VM (aut Vincere aut Mori) - Voronezh
5) [RD] (Reservoir Dogs) - Bryansk
6) HO (Hunted Outsiders) - Pereslavl-Zaleskiy
7) OGL (Obey the Game Law) - St Petersburg
8) APAH (APAH) - Moscow
9) CMD (The Cruel Masters of Destruction) - Moscow
10) NiB (Nativity in Black) - Moscow
11) TH (TripHammer) - Moscow
12) aT (Arena Team) - Moscow

Only the famous Russian QW clans will take part at QW Lan-party 2.
The winner of that event can honestly be crowned as the best Russian clan for now. Last year's winner was AMD and it all looks as if ADT will make it this year. But we're looking out for close and very interesting games anyway, so stay tuned and hope for great demos :)
