ToT had a good start by grabbing the penta and the first two rocket launchers. They tried to secure YA and RA early on and pulled off to a small lead. But FF took the next and the following two quads. Thus they took the lead from ToT despite the fact not everyone of them had a good weapon. ToT got RA for a short time but FF quickly took it back. After about five minutes they were busy increasing their lead but ToT had now taken the second penta. The penta guy tried to secure Ra. Meanwhile Pietro was doing a quad run and became bored with life at the quad area. That disturbed FF's plans a bit and ToT were gaining on them againby running quads and securing both YA and RA. ToT were trailing by about 14 frags when FF were lining up for the third penta at the lifts. Making noises there is not a good idea though because ToT send someone who killed FF's rl guy hiding there. ToT took that pent as well and FF coudl do nothing about it, they even took the lead by now. After 12 minutes they were leading by 13 frags (101-88). FF tried to attack YA for several minutes without success because ToT used the quads to protect it. Finally Akke decided to attack RA. During his first attack he killed ToT's quadrunner there. He got fragged as well but spawned nearby, took his pack and did a second attack which was very impressive and took out two out of three ToT rl's. Meanwhile Exile had scnatched the quad and shafted his way all through RA securing it. When they took the last pentagram it was game over for ToT. FF had taken the lead within less than 2 minutes. One minute later all FF players had rl+armor for the first time during the match and were fragging at their usual pace. ToT never got control on anything again and FF won in one of the best dm3 games of the tournament (which also showed why RA is so crucial on dm3).

FF got a good start jumping off to an early lead of 6 frags after one minute. They got the next quadsas well and after 3 minutes they were leading with 45 to 18 frags. ToT tried to flood FF at YA mainly but they were owned all the time and didn't make a single frag for looong minutes while FF kept running the quads. After 8 minutes FF were leading by about 100 frags when ToT finally managed to get their first quaddamage. They tried to secure YA but didn't make many frags. After 10 minutes FF were still leading by 95 frags. Four minutes later they had increased it to 121 frags and returned to what they did during the first minutes: frag like hell. It was quite funny to see how lucky/skilled Pietro was during this time. Once he was flooded by ToT'ers at YA and still managed to survive and when he got eventually fragged he got a rl pack that fell right in front of his feet while moving around in the water below YA. FF won by almost 200 frags in a somewhat boring (but still entertaining to watch) game.
By this victory FF go to the semifinals where they will meet TVS from finland.
