The teleport near the Megahealth and Rocket launcher ends in the Green armor room. A walk through the corridor back to the central area and the secret entrance to the Lightning gun hallway is opened. The teleporter behind the Ring allows to reach the center below the Grenade launcher again. Turning around and using the central teleporter, the Green armor room briefly appears before yet another jump through a teleport reveals the Megahealth room once more.
