Both matches (eventually) went ahead last night...THDM caused a bit of an upset when they defeated Foad over 3 maps but lost to FA in 2 maps afterwards. E1m2 had been a good map for THDM during the group games and it stayed that way despite Foad leading for the majority of the time. It was 1 map each after dm3 with Foad running the quads nicely. The random tiebreaker map was e3m7 and this saw THDM adopt FA's tactics for most of the match as they held the pent RL, until the end when they went into hiding.

There was a lengthy break before the FA game started due to THDM trying to get a player to replace Tones. The new guy (Beer) didn't have qizmo sorted out and apparently his computer wasn't co-operating so FA agreed to play 3 on 3. FA were in control during both maps (dm2 and dm6) and have almost got one of the Grand Final spots sewn up already. Match reports and demos for both matches are on the way.
