DM3 - The Abandoned Base (AoK's choice)

ReportThis match was played 3 on 3, but if you ask Sinthreck from AoK he'll probably tell you it felt more like 4 vs 2 with Povo-Hat mistaking him for an enemy on numerous occasions. After an even start on dm3, AoK managed to build a lead and hold it for a few minutes despite the score ticking over pretty slowly. Shortly after the pent at 15 minutes Lies turned it all around as they got a few quads and ripped through AoK. A few minutes later Lies caught up to AoK's score but they weren't able to build up much of a lead themselves as AoK steadied to keep things close. This continued right until the end when AoK got on a roll and snatched the win.
Round 2 - Wart
E1M2 - Castle of the Damned (Lies's choice)

ReportThis time when AoK got ahead of Lies, which wasn't long after the start, they kept it going throughout the map. Povo-Hat watched the RL while Gun and Sin roamed around and made the most of Lies being without major weapons. Lies were able to still get frags but never really took over any areas which meant that AoK had access to YA, mega and quad most of the time. Near the end AoK missed some quads and the rate of scoring slowed down a bit, but the game was already theirs by this stage. The last 30 seconds saw Gun grabbing quad and managing a nice kill on Pricide who wasn't really impressed. Overall it was a good match by both teams.
